What should I do if CAAPES crashes or does not launch properly?
If CAAPES crashes or fails to launch, try simply restarting your computer to resolve any software issues. Ensure your computer meets the minimum system specifications, including processors, RAM, and graphic requirements. If the issue persists, contact & submit a support request in the My CAAPES dashboard or by sending an email to support@caapes.com
Where can I find the user manual or instructions?
Registered users can find a downloadable PDF User Manual and an instructional video are available on the My CAAPES profile under the “My Downloads” and “Instructional Media” sections, respectively.
How do I report a bug?
Use the technical support form on the website here: Request Support, or email support@caapes.com. Include as much detail as possible — your operating system, the nature of the bug, and any error messages or log files. If emailing directly, screenshots or recordings of the error occurring can help us to identify and resolve issues.
